. You should tell your son to stop using limewire..... Or have it so that it doesn't start when windows does. You don't have to ban it entirely, just go into the settings and turn uploads off. I had the same thing for a while. Go to tools, uploads, slots, and choose 0. Or a small number if you still want to share. Also, in the basic setting, I'd set the slider to the lowest possible setting. |

Bandwidth set at lowest setting of 1.75KB's Uploads per person 1 Max upload slots 1 (it was 20) And I've unchecked the box for connecting on start-up. Hopefully that should do it!! Have to wait till my new allowance of Gigs starts on 3rd Dec! I may be back!! |
