| 722151 | 2008-11-23 01:56:00 | On my friends HP Desktop Vista premium & service pack installed when my friends trries to install from the cd the following error appears The small window comes up with “Failed to Add Bluetooth Audio Device” Then I click the OK after that another small window comes up with “Error O occurred during installation! Please try running Setup again” try's again but same problem:wub |

As it says on the Bluesoleil site here (www.bluesoleil.com) Why do I get error code 267 or error 0 during installation of BlueSoleil? You install the earlier BlueSoleil version which is not Vista compatible in your Vista computer |
