721787 2008-11-21 06:58:00 Hi,

I'm using an XP laptop for all my music, and was wondering how I can get it play a selected playlist (or anything for that matter) once it boots up.

I've got as far as getting Itunes to open on startup - now I just need to get it to play.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

721788 2008-11-21 07:11:00 Does iTunes save playlists as files (like Windows Media Player)?

If it does, copy the file to the Startup folder on the Start menu.

I will try that now.

Thanks for the idea.

On startup now, Itunes starts up and selects the playlist I put in the startup folder.

But still no play.
