722990 2008-11-25 22:12:00 Hi Guys

I have a friend with two machines one has Office 97 (with Access) the other has Office 2007 (without Access)

I have written a small Access application for him in Office 2002.

Would I be able to install a copy of Office 2002 on his two machines without upsetting his present set ups ?

722991 2008-11-25 22:26:00 I would just add / install Access in 2007 from the CD

Or this (support.microsoft.com)

Even tho you can install more than 1 version, its not recommended

However, since 07 is installed now, I doubt it'll let u install 2002 (an earlier version). Unless you uninstall 2007 then reinstall 2002, then reinstall 2007

722992 2008-11-25 22:34:00 Does Office 97 have any other products installed (other than Access?) - ie Excel, word, etc

You can install AC 2002, then during Setup choose to 'upgrade' and remove AC 97.

This might cause problems if other programs from Office97 are installed.... :)
