| 508611 | 2006-12-21 20:20:00 | I am getting a bit annoyed with the politically correct attempt to takeover Christmas. The number of places that now have "Happy Holiday" signs is beyond belief! Dammit... it is CHRISTMAS and I, as an old wrinkly, will always call it that. Join me in my revolt against the PC brigade and spread the Christmas message. A very merry Christmas to you all. | 508615 | 2006-12-21 21:33:00 | We have not yet reached the stage in this country that my cousin who used to work for the UK Birmingham City Council told us about, several years ago now. There is no official mention of Christmas, there are no decorations having any Christmas/Christian connotations, no nativity scenes etc etc. It is purely secular now, so as not to offend the non-Christians, ie. the Muslim community. |

"Oh no, they said Jesus in the holiday song." The hyprocrits campaign for equality, yet for some reason its unofficially forbidden to have any mention of Christ or another religious icon. Maybe we should sit in a stark, brightly lit white room and make a monotonous drone, the kids will love it. |
