A simple and frequent opinion and one which evinces little thought.

The democratic rights we enjoy, dude person, did not come to us without many deaths for the cause.

I never start a religious debate, but when I hear (or read) religious morons whingeing about non believers I am certainly going to have my say

508638 2006-12-23 13:24:00 We have not yet reached the stage in this country that my cousin who used to work for the UK Birmingham City Council told us about, several years ago now.

There is no official mention of Christmas, there are no decorations having any Christmas/Christian connotations, no nativity scenes etc etc. It is purely secular now, so as not to offend the non-Christians, ie. the Muslim community.

How very strange then that the Birmingham website should have a section listing Christmas activities.
There are always these canards circulating from the rightwing anti-PC brigade.
