If you don't know the facts, it's best to stay silent . I have just moved from Xnet to Xtra and not only did I not pay "some stupid fee", they gave me a $60 credit!! Tip to Xnet customers . Don't moan about their incredibly bad service - jump ship . |

I remember it was only a few months ago when Xtra had big problems... Vodafone at the start of the year would send / receive email to Xtra / Hotmail / MSN customers ... stupid stuff like that... I had an old workmate, changed ISPs 6x in 5 months ... crazy! |

Coz I can, and most ISP's used to but probably dont now. And according to the Xtra site, if they give you a modem, you have a contract, break it, you pay 199.. It maybe different, if you have your own modem And if you dont have home phone whatever is it, you pay $10 extra. |
