Never mind the kitchen knife, an even greater number are killed by the kitchen. It is the most dangerous place in godzone, yet every night Kiwis queue up to consume artery clogging, gut rotting, heart destroying rubbish. Rubbish? I dream of eating rubbish, even Baldrick's diet sounds appetising when Mrs T is in one of her "it's good for you so just eat it" moods.
