Will be my first time going, travelling up with a bunch of work mates and friends on the bikes. Hopefully Wanganui will put on some loverly weather.

Thinking about going....havent been for a few years...........wanganui weather for CC is usually so beep hot, ya get burnt to heck or its raining cats and dogs.........and miserable. but the circuit has a new part to it this year, so it should be interesting.....

Be prepared to see all sorts of people and bikes...... and for a fair amount of walking.

507965 2006-12-20 10:40:00 Haven't been for years.... and years.... and a few more years

Wouldn't seem right driving, rather than riding, up. Blasphemous even.

Who was the guy that bored his kawi 900 out with a yoshimira kit(around 76 he then went on to racing cars and I seem to remeber he came to grief) and spent half the race with his arse pointing at the ground

507967 2006-12-20 12:08:00 Wasn't Graham Crosby was it. Sounds like the sort of loony thing he would do, as mad as a cut snake that lad.

Of course he was a Kwaka kaka dude too, so all the prerequisites are there.

Not to be confused with Crosby, Nash and Stills... hold on, that was Graham Nash wasn't it.... ?

You are so right but I have resevations about your music trends as I am a "Wish you were here" fan. It was amazing hearing that as I left Kennedy airport. So matched the mood.

507970 2006-12-21 02:53:00 Usually..

Sunburn in the morning.
Rain in the arvo.
Then the wind blows over our gazebo.

Very rarely do I miss the event, event came home from Aussie yearly just to go:thumbs:.

Never watch the bikes though, just party all day with the lads.
