| 1432582 | 2017-03-06 17:50:00 | Hello! My laptop was hit by crypt0l0cker ransomware yesterday and now all files are locked and cannot be executed. After reading information about modern ransomwares I understood that I have 2 options - to pay hackers and get my files back or not to pay and stay encrypted. But also I found a lot of manual guides (like [URL edited]) in Google that promote tools like Malwarebytes Antimalware, SpyHunter, ShadowExplorer etc. and claim it will help to decrypt files. Can it be true? | Adaman (17531) | ||

Malwarebytes etc etc will not decrypt your files . Any site that makes the claim Mbytes etc can decrypt is just bogus and written by an idiot Try the links above, nothing to loose by trying, but dont expect to get the decrypt key unless it was a rather old crypto version VSS (shadow) copies wont work as modern crypto disables that. The site you linked to with removal is bogus with scam software that wont work. You could try a data recovery , to find the original (now deleted) files, but thats clutching at straws |
