i have recently installed NOD32AV on my pc after hearing of its qualities through this forum..:clap

the onetime user friendly AVG software i had previously wasnt cutting it

my question is this;
with such effective viral protection now on board should i uninstall any or all of the following

crapcleaner
spyware terminator
malware bytes
spybot s&d

hope someone out there can guide me on this

723793 2008-11-28 01:39:00 Leave them all installed.

NOD32 does a better job of removing spyware than any AV i've seen, but it's still good to have the other software. Id recommend running those thorough once every few weeks. :thumbs:

No. NOD32 is an antiVIRUS. These are:
Housekeeping
AntiSPYWARES

While AVs claim to do spyware as well, the rule with spyware is more than 1 antispyware product.
I have loads of them, they don't all scan every day but each get a turn at least once a week, and 2 are resident.

723797 2008-11-28 19:43:00 I have been running NOD 32 for three years. Since the last update, 6months ago , Spybot et al have found exactly nothing.
So NOD is good enough for me. The rest of them are redundant.
