While you're cooling your heels, perhaps a bit of study would be in order -- not of on-line legal statutes (which you are incapable of interpreting in context), but of spelling and grammar. Here's a starter: The word you're looking for is whose. It's principles. Advice is the noun; advise is the verb. For instance: "I advise you to seek expert advice before you go spouting off with your puerile uninformed opinions." That's just the first paragraph. You'll have to do the rest yourself. By the way: Thanks for providing living proof of the assertion in the 'NZ Education system going downhill' post subject line.
