Pentium I 166MHz 64MB RAM 2x 4.3GB SCSI hard drives 1x 4.3GB IDE hard drive I think the CD ROM is b*****ed Ipex tower case (generic) Mandrake 8.1 or 8.2 (probably not the oldest in regular use distro on PressF1) :waughh: |

Definitely in regular use. Then there is "Old Faithful" "White box' P166 256MB RAM C: 20GB D:/E: 6GB 24X CD ROM Windows 98 Original (on original installation as well) Currently print server and used for some older programs W2K doesn't like. | 510989 | 2007-01-04 04:46:00 | got a PI 150Mhz under my wireless access point.. 64mb ram!! was so proud of it back then since everyone else only had 32Mb costed nearly $3000 my only computer with Pentium CPU (all other AMDs) and an Asus motherboard ...the rest of my comp got random brand mobos..ha it started it's life running win95 then 98se wasn't used until i installed win2000 on it and ran some servers and then it was retired again after 1yr interesting part was..booting win2000 takes 10min after that..it's somewhat usable over VNC |
