| 724569 | 2008-12-01 04:31:00 | Im doing a checklist for work and want to be able to do a like a tick box action. Like as the user is doing their checks they would click on a cell and a tick mark would appear in the cell. Can I do this on XL? If so can someone tell me how to. Thanks |

| 724570 | 2008-12-01 04:45:00 | Ok the better half suggested this --- In XL, up top select View>Toolbars>Forms, make sure its selected. On the forms box, select the check box, click in the cell you want to put it in, remove or edit any text. When selected you can move it about when it turns to a 4 headed arrow. Picture of above (www.imagef1.net.nz) Dont know if this is exactly what you want. Edited: you can do the same thing in Word - may ?? be better if you have a List of tasks.:2cents: |
