512133 2007-01-02 07:04:00 My Canon lithium ion battery recharges OK but dies after 3 or 4 shots and has to be recharged.
Q. Can a digital battery be rejuvinated by an expert ? If so is it cost effective or is it cheaper to buy a replacement?
If it is worthwhile does the repaired battery last as long as a new one and if the answer is yes can anyone tell me what firm in Auckland or pref the Nth Shoredoes this kind of job

512135 2007-01-02 07:49:00 You'd be best off buying a replacement - Li-Ion batteries have a certain lifespan, after which they are virtually irrepairable. somebody (208)
512136 2007-01-02 08:40:00 Hey there, if you have just bought the batteries, I suggest you return it to the retailer and demand a full refund or equivalent replacement. Otherwise, I propose that you invest in new batteries.

Cheers :)
