Afro-Pop is kinda a little bit Jamaican and Cajon . . . a nice, sweet blend . If anyone saw the movie "The Big Easy" . . they will recognize some of the next musical style . This is probably the most authentic of the sites I have posted here . . . these guys are what you'd hear in the local roadhouses if you were traveling in the swamps in Zydeco country . UNfortunately, these guys are from Belgium! They are playing it very well though . They also play TexMex and RockABilly . . . . The guy on the accordian is Buckweat . . . I have many of his cd's . . all bought! At 03:30:00 or so it really gets rockin', the whole thing is about 07:50:00 long . JB's Zydeco Zoo ( . youtube . com/watch?v=XYQK-4f-I3Q" target="_blank">www . youtube . com) is a fairly polished group . . . not the best . . but listenable . Here's a little upbeat cajon music . . . This is a little poor quality for the visuals . . but the music is good and check out the dancers who come past the camera sometimes!
