724381 2008-12-01 08:45:00 Well, there's no add-on's available yet but even if it got them, FF would still be better. beeswax34 (63)
724382 2008-12-01 10:26:00 Firefox is a million times better, and someone will probably make a Chrome skin for it anyway... Agent_24 (57)

724384 2008-12-01 20:16:00 Not looking to start a war over which is which, each to their own, but Im curious what a vanilla Firefox does thats so much better over Chrome..?

Dont get me wrong, Firefox is cool and Ive been a strong advocater since back in the early phoenix days... but to be honest sitting down at a PC with both, it doesnt really matter that much which I use, provided its not IE ;)

724385 2008-12-01 20:17:00 Well, first it doesn't invade your privacy. Second, it actually HAS features. :p pcuser42 (130)
724386 2008-12-02 05:59:00 Massive selection of useful Add Ons.
Which also add to the already intensive array of features firefox has.
Mind you add-ons (www.mychromeaddons.com) are starting to be developed for Chrome too...so google's catching up...

Well, even if FF isn't actually better than Chrome (it is) then what's the point of changing over?

Its the add-ons that make FF so much better and the vast support community behind it.

724388 2008-12-02 07:56:00 the customization of FF is what makes it so appealing to me, I'm sure others would agree GameJunkie (72)
