| 514911 | 2007-01-11 07:49:00 | I was looking at pricespy for some hardware, as you do, and noticed SuperCheap wasn't coming up in any results. I checked the list of sellers and SuperCheap wasn't there!:D Has it finally happened, or am I mistaken? Were they banned or did they ask to be removed (yeah right)? Anyone want them back? Will they be back if they tidy up their act? I was kinda dissapointed that they weren't there, but with their track record and disreguard of warranties (and crap service), it is saving alot of unwarned people alot of trouble... I've had atleast two upsets using them:yuck:, but I've learnt! |

| 514912 | 2007-01-11 08:24:00 | Ive heard of bad experiences from Supercheap, but never had one myself - i just got a 250gig hdd from the the other day(via pricespy) and its working fine. It looks weird now on pricespy not seeing supercheappc all down the page - but thats good for all the other smaller (better?) sellers. |

| 514918 | 2007-01-11 22:25:00 | It's sad to be known to make complaints, I'm one of them. My first complaint, their store was misleading when it said Global PC (or was it Computers) and that they also advertised in the Trade & Exchange, and a website Super Cheap, which was just an A4 piece of paper on the door. This has changed now. Another complaint was impossible to get any one to answer the phone. Not sure if this is solved, I don't call them now. The most recent complaint I made was, they list items on their website with quantity, yet you go to the store and they don't have the items, which actually got me furious because I settled for a far more expensive item which I didn't appreciate because the cheaper item was sufficient for it's purpose, why go overkill if it's of no benefit and costs more. Another thing is they're slow at processing orders, they do everything via osCommerce, which is over the internet, which must be like 56K or less because it's slow as hell, it's crazy, I can't believe people actually put up with it. Philip's a good guy, he went out of his way and investigated my complaint by actually visiting the place and experiencing the same things I had experienced. It would be nice if they could put up reasons why certain sellers were taken down from the site, but it's probably good to see Super Cheap go down. Cheers, KK |

| 514919 | 2007-01-11 23:24:00 | I've had bad experieces with SuperCheap, one of which lasted over a year and got me nothing - they kept the board I sent them to replace and wouldn't replace it or pay for it, or answer e-mails, order comments or the phone. I have no sympathy for them. I'm pretty sure this is going to kill them to be honest, and I feel that's probably a good thing. |

I'd be surprised if they were not reincarnated after suitable mourning period with a new address and different names and numbers.
