He's proposing to place into law a requirement that every California citizen own, buy and keep paid, health insurance . I know this affects NZ very little, but it's kinda funny to see what "Lotus-Land" does from time to time . I just live here . Maybe they just accidentally dropped him off the operating table and onto his head . Whatever the reasons, the Gov has the Dems happy . . they like to see such programs get running . . it means more taxation to the populous and spreading the misery around to everyone equally . Among other provisions, the governor's proposed health overhaul would: • Require every Californian to have health insurance . • Require employers with 10 or more workers to offer health benefits or pay 4% of the payroll to a coverage program . • Extend government insurance for poor children to more families . • Ban insurers from denying coverage because of medical conditions, occupation or age .
