514632 2007-01-11 05:13:00 I have a customer who uses Windows 95. He says it's stable and does everything he wants. It runs on an elderly 486 and hasn't been formatted in years.

As soon as something breaks that will all change, I'm not scouring the internet for ISA boards and EDO ram ........

Scour the internet no further..I got two sticks of EDO right here in front of me...just wondering what ..er..person would pay me for it....

I setup a P166 with Win95 & Office95 (just to test printers). It actually ran faster than any of our XP PC's.

514635 2007-01-18 09:19:00 Good grief Win95 - I am still using some DOS programs - they run fine under XP and in comparison with modern stuff are screamingly fast and convenient. I am now wondering just what I did with the program I wrote in BASIC for calculating mortgages. It was so easy to use and again screamingly fast.
