| 725167 | 2008-12-02 17:32:00 | I have some video (avi) files and I would like to take some still pics(jpg or png) files off them. The pics would need to be at a reasonable resolution. How can I do this please? T.I.A. |

But it will only make a jpg in the resolution that the AVI file is in so unless the AVI you have is HD video (1920x1080 or 1280x720) you won't get a great resolution picture. You need to play the AVI file and pause it where you want to take the image from then go to Video menu and select Snapshot. It will save a picture to your My Pictures folder. |
