| 726266 | 2008-12-06 20:28:00 | Morning all Building an HTPC for a mate, he dropped off the stuff he had and I threw it together for him the Antec Fusion V2 Black + remote case while being quite the looker is putting up a hell of a struggle in regard to the front panel VFD. Windows shows an unidentified device in the USB devices list, but it wont take any driver, one on the disc=nope, one from the webby=nope, one from the providers of the VFD itself(Imon Soundgraph)=nope It uses the following connections hardware wise to connect the VFD USB plug direct into the mobo USB header, that seems to work if i unplug it and plug in a flashdrive. A little 3 pin power connector coming off the main mobo power cable a 2 pin molex power lead also plugged in. Anyone had any experience with one of these cases? the hammer of hardware correction looms ever closer. |
