| 516964 | 2007-01-17 23:12:00 | All I can find is this (tvnz.co.nz) - but it seems to just be a precis of up-coming shows rather than a what's on TV tonight. There is a similar link for TV2. Couldn't find anything for TV3, since their site seems to be down at the moment... Nothing for Prime... |

| 516965 | 2007-01-18 02:12:00 | I've looked far and wide for one and would have created one myself for our tv site except for the high price the networks want for the listings data (e.g. TV3 wants $3000 a month for this). Sad, because the BBC provide it for free. | cre8d (11793) | ||
| 516966 | 2007-01-18 02:27:00 | Welcome to PressF1, cre8d. I used to have the BBC one (set up for me by a friend), but now have a different machine. Can I get it again simply from the BBC website or do I need to download RSS software first? And if so, which reader do you recommend? (Google gives me a huge but confusing choice) |

| 516967 | 2007-01-18 03:21:00 | Thanks Laura :) I use Google Reader. I used FeedDemon for about a year, Bloglines for a couple of years and quite a few others for a brief amount of time. Google Reader is by far the easiest and fastest to use in my experience. For BBC feeds, check out: www.bleb.org Hope that helps. |

| 516968 | 2007-01-18 03:27:00 | I'm not too sure why you would want to use a rss feed. It's probably easier to find an epg reader, then use www.reven.co.nz to generate the epg (electronic program guide) for the week. |

Plus currently a lot of the epg readers don't support NZ - they're all set up for Europe and the US. Mike. |

(Google gives me a huge but confusing choice)Laura, a number of browsers have RSS readers built in these days (Opera, Netscape, Firefox - I think and maybe even IE7). However I have been using a client-side app called FeedDemon for a couple of years. Good and stable and easy to use. Not free though, but reasonably priced... And you can view this Forum via an RSS reader!!! |
