| 516283 | 2007-01-15 20:00:00 | This is not the biggest problem in the world but it is @#$% frustrating! MySky is a great product and have had it now for a year and most things work well except for Series Link on TVNZ. Series Link works 100% of the time on any Sky Channel but not on TVNZ. There is some technical problem where it will work for a week or so (i.e. recording One News) and then simply drop out – and not record. Sky says to reset the box – no problem but how often do you have to keep doing this?!! They have also said that it could be a regional problem. Would like to know if anyone else is experiencing problems. |

MySky is amazingly useful, when everything is working. I dont know what i did without live pause and the abiltiy to rewind live tv |

| 516291 | 2007-01-17 00:07:00 | My TVNZ series link programs seem to be working fine, but I haven't turned on telly for a few nights to check. I'll check tonight and see what's been recorded. On the whole though I've found lately I need to reboot the thing more and more often. Sometimes it'll kind of half crash where it won't rewind properly and some of the channel info in the info strip along the bottom doesn't show up until it's been rebooted. We missed the finale of ER last month because of this very thing. And separately, regular rebooting of the thing isn't an option if you head away for a week or two and is bit of a pain. I wonder if Sky are "fiddling" with it in preparation for their movies on demand service I saw mentioned a week or two ago? |
