What time & where in the sky did you see it?

516021 2007-01-24 01:59:00 Between 9-30 and 10pm SSW low down, but it well become increaseingly harder to see due to the moon, as it is heading for a full moon.

go to were there is the least amount of light possible, like no street lights and stuff, and where there is no trees blocking the horizon, where i live in mauku,( near pukekohe) is good, so is kariotahi beach on the east coast just outside of waiuku.

you can see it earlyer if you have good eyes, and you can see it until at least 10:30, depending on cloud cover.:D

Would the horizon be above the hills in this pic: stuartw.orcon.net.nz ? (taken all most pointing SW)

516026 2007-01-24 04:05:00 It doesn't matter where the horizon is, or how bright the moon is when there's cloud all over. :( Graham L (2)
