| 515878 | 2007-01-15 12:08:00 | i've known fluorecent lights to hum/buzz computers too..... and power lines, transformers, people, traffic outside, air conditioners, heaters... and some tvs make a really high frequency tone, especially when you turn them on.... similar noise as to right after something has exploded right next to your head, actually.... nuff said? |
