| 726873 | 2008-12-09 05:18:00 | I need to send an email from my admin account. I have changed the permissions, but get an error message "Thunderbird is already running, but not responding, to open a new window you must first close the existing Thunderbird process or restart your computer". Restarting does not work, and I can't find anything that is allowing Thunderbird to startup. I suspect I am missing something obvious here? |

| 726875 | 2008-12-09 05:51:00 | Mozilla works fine in my user account, I just need to access it from my admin account very, very occasionally. | PPp (9511) | ||

| 726877 | 2008-12-09 07:02:00 | It looks like what I need, but finding out how to do it without destroying my current stuff might be a bit of a maze?? I'll give it a go in the morning when the brain is not so short of oxygen! Thanks for the link. | PPp (9511) | ||
| 726878 | 2008-12-09 08:04:00 | If you want peace of mind when you're trying to follow those steps, just backup your Thunderbird profile before you start. The steps are here: www.mozilla.org |
