517807 2007-01-20 07:38:00 Now I know Teleco/Xtra get bad press on PF1 (including from me some times!), but I just moved house... new ph no., new area... phoned Telecom and woman said 'It shall be done'... plugged phone into the little socket thingy on the wall and it works  plugged my computer (that little box thingy into the the blinking rooter thingy and found PF1 just like that   Just checked and I'm still on the Adventure plan... which is even better and the speed seems to have improved.

Maybe Telecom are 'getting with the program' at last!

517808 2007-01-20 08:01:00 You got fast service since you are on Telecom.

If you were on any other ISP, do not expect to get that fast a service.

517809 2007-01-20 08:09:00 Yep, had to admit that I was surprised... however nothing else went to plan with the move, so it seems Telecom stuffed up again :dogeye: Shortcircuit (1666)

I'm confused, you first said that you were surprised that telecom got it all right and you appear happy. Then you next post, saying nothing else went to plan with your move, and that telecom had stuffed up again.
WHat does this mean, what did telecom stuff up ...again?

517812 2007-01-20 09:11:00 No, when Telecom are stuffing up everyone else is getting it right.

When Telecom are finally getting it right everyone else is stuffing up....

So, Telecom have stuffed up because they can't get it wrong at the same time as the rest of the universe
