Called today and selected 'Tolls and Billings' and they routed me back to tech support. Here's an idea: Why not let the tech's do the tech work so there exists a service that we can actually pay for?? |

First call I spoke with Tech first and they put me through to Accounts to ask about a refund Second call I went straight through to accounts (dissatisfied with their previous answer) and they informed me I'd have to be put through to tech support for a resolution. Tech support still couldnt help me ... Figures! |

Maybe they only have 2 or 3 people working for them, so their tech support person also handles billing. |

The least they could do is tell us why they are having so many outages. |

I pushed the tech support guys to get an answer as to why they keep going down and they said that for the outage last night, it was some Telecom equipment that malfunctioned and all the outages today were caused by an authentication server on their end crashing so some people can log on but others cant. They could be BS'ing but thats the only explanation I've gotten out of them yet. |
