I rang the Helpdesk who spoke with 2nd level support and all they would say was "A card died" last night .. they wouldnt comment on any of the previous outages but said they were resolved and we should let sleeping dogs lie... We just went offline yet AGAIN! Xnet.co.nz website down, yet again! I rang them and harassed them, they basically said "Because you're a home user, we dont care, deal with it or take a hike". Bastards! Their VFX quality / service lately has been quite bad too .. and when you call the helpdesk you can *soo* tell its g729 :p |
