| 726964 | 2008-12-10 03:20:00 | Regarding the recovery CD - depending on how they loaded it will depend on how its installed - sometimes they have it auto installed, other times they have it set so it installs and you have to click agree / install etc. The HP stuff will be embedded - usually removing it after wards is the safest, then you run Ccleaner, tell it to scan the reg, and remove any traces it finds. Once that is done, anything that may be left over will have so little effect I wouldn't worry about it - if the PC is so underpowered that any traces will affect it noticeably then even running an AV will be a strain. |

| 726965 | 2008-12-10 07:47:00 | Yeah ok. Anyways, I've just installed XP SP2. Still Same Problems. I tried the system enhancement thing which worked, but hasn't really changed anything. Still same thing with Device Management. Audio Not working now. Drivers not installing. Screen still blurred. What do i do? | esayolay (13857) | ||
