I'll have to make that sometime - it sounds really nice. And it will have sultanas as per Foxy's suggestion :)

I dont like the idea of sultanas tho (i dont really like them in anything :p)

Thats yum fudge, i have that recipe, and my mum has made it for years.

another thing nice in it is chopped up nuts or dried apricot bits chopped up....

you can also use other biscuits, such as malt or even choc wheaten.......for a different twist, i found the choc wheaten idea on a foodie site i go to.

I actually screwed it up. I think I blended the wine biscuits too finely, becuase it's a sticky goo when it's at room temperature, and a sticky, more solid substance when it's been in the fridge.
