518844 2007-01-24 05:43:00 Hi there : )

A friend of mine has sent some goods to me in a cargo container from overseas (stainless steel bars to be more precise...). Just today I got an email from the company who sent the cargo containers saying the goods were not 'sanitized' before it left the docks and we must find a company who can do so when it arrives in NZ...else we would not be able to claim the goods/container. So I was wondering does any one know a company that 'sanitize' imported goods? Or where I could find more information about it? I've tried NZ Customs (www.customs.govt.nz) website...though couldnt find anything that would help >_<

Btw I know 'sanitize' is not the right word for it...if possible could someone tell me the correct word for this cleaning process on imported goods? ^^

So any comments or suggestions would be great.

Thanks :)

518848 2007-01-25 04:11:00 Hello ^^

If people dont mind, I would just like to ask, does any one know any specific company and their prices for this type of process?

Thank you :)
