| 727368 | 2008-12-10 06:33:00 | Hi guys, Just came back from overseas and noticed that I can no longer access my wireless network. It asks me for the WEP/WAP code. I did that indeed set that in the past but do not have it anymore. However, i also have an apple computer hanging in the network that works well. can I retrieve the code from that one? Or can I reset the code in a way. Thanks for your help. Cheers johan |

You need to open keychain access and then unlock your login keychain and then try to find the name of your wireless network then when you have selected the entry down the bottom of the screen select show password. You will then be prompted to enter your password and then select allow once, just so no one can get your passwords if they get into your account. And then it will show you the password for your router. I think this way will be easier than resetting the wireless password |
