Note: With the ipod, you can only destroy it by upgrading the firmware wrong, as the operating system exists on the harddrive, if something goes wrong, you can put the ipod into diskmode, then fix everything up :) |

Note that if you install Rockbox and it's bootloader, you can triple-boot Rockbox, iPodLinux, and the original apple firmware.
