| 727782 | 2008-12-11 06:00:00 | I am trying to print a photo - a job I do frequently, BUT today the colours are 'all wrong'. Further investigation (and including uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers) finds that the Test Page print is ok, the Pattern Check print page is ok (all colour showing up nicely without banding/gaps) but when I Print Head Allignment page I get a page with a mix of blue/black colours only, with gaps in places. The whole range of colours should be showing.... And suggestions (other than throwing the printer against the wall) would be appreciated. PS - I successfully printed in full glowing colour just last weekend! Cheers and as always, TIA for any advice (other than the above!). :) |
