| 521389 | 2007-02-01 02:51:00 | Hello everybody , Very frustrated at the moment as TRADEME . CO . NZ has just suspended my account because they phone my number and could'nt contact me (we have dail up! YAH NZ) . So now my account (with its $20+ balance) seems to be completly locked . I just can't believe how cutt-throat this is as ive been a great buyer and seller for nearly two years (verifyed address) providing them with over $200 in revenue . Please let me know if anybody else has had this happen to them or knows of someone . They just don't seem to care about customers at all . I know ebay is reknown for being difficult to sort out but let me say its 1000% easier than trying to deal with the "TRADEME support team" who keep emailing me saying my account has been suspended and that my registration details are incorrect . Well they are the same as they were when i had my address verifyed so to me its astonishing this action has been taken . I know this may be slightly off topic for a PC world forum but im sure most of you guys have an account . . . This was such a random thing it really has me annoyed as im trying to buy and sell the new MTG expansion and being a collector this was my medium of exchange . Anybody know who i could go to to complain about this . . I really just want to make a whole lot of noise to vent my anger as it seems as though mailing the trademe support team won't get me anywhere, just the same old AUTOMATED responses . cheers for reading , Joseph |

| 521392 | 2007-02-01 03:02:00 | Maybe e-mail them & tell them that you have dial up, so you could not answer the phone, or where you out when they phoned? Did you know that they where going to phone you? |

| 521393 | 2007-02-01 03:03:00 | www.trademe.co.nz If you know your TM ID # or name, it would help. Tell them of what your issue is. Expect a couple of days before you get a reply :xmouth: |

| 521395 | 2007-02-01 04:26:00 | Also, I'm assuming you did some dodgy dealings in order for them to want to call you... That was what I thought. Why would they call you, from $200 for 2yr is not a big income maker comparatively, its not like are gonna call you up and have a good chat over about the weather nor do they see your $200 contribution is so significant they want to provide you a special members deal. I been with Trademe since 1999 or 1998 and I had verified addresses, safetraders more with return merchanidise and stuff. I have never had a phonecall from TM. One old account I was in debt and didn't pay it off I has been disabled from them. I didn't get a phonecall or email other than a factory email. |

People have made first posts here about subjects for more irrelevant than TradeMe . It's just that they sometimes disappear when they get the hard questions . As you can see, TradeMe regulars wonder about the background to this . As a very occasional user, I also wonder what you've done to upset the system? Could be a lesson to us all if you're totally innocent . Care to provide more details? |

At $200 you are an insignificant worm to them . Dead right, you're too menial for them . |
