521072 2007-01-31 07:50:00 When one lives ones life........... does one tend to be a sick person or a healthy person?

Or is this partly to do with a state of mind?

:stare:

and how much is stress to blame for? :illogical

521073 2007-01-31 08:02:00 Depends what u mean .

If u mean like relationships, being single is better (for me) .

You don't haveta worry about heaps of bills, things like a car/petrol/kids/fights/relationship probs .

Spending heaps of money on presents . I'm quite happy being single .

I go where I want, when I want . Why would I be stressed?

And yup I am healthy, even tho I have/had a medical prob, had it all my life, and since I've gone of the drugs I used to take, I've never been better .

Now I can remember a lot more than what I could before .

521075 2007-01-31 08:04:00 oooooh a beetle moment :D

Well, when I was young . . . . like 20s I was in hospital for a long time . They couldn't quite figure out what was wrong with my heart but thought a virus was 'eating holes in it' and pretty much told me that was it . . . I'd be lucky to see 30 and should spend the rest of my days 'taking it easy', so I discharged myself and went in search of a meat pie . I'm still looking :)

The moral of the story is:

Listen to health advice, eat well and don't overdo it

Can't say I've been 'healthy' ever since, but at least I've lived the best I can!

521076 2007-01-31 08:27:00 I wasnt meaning in a relationship . . . . . . . . . . . i was meaning personal (singular ) health aspects . sometimes i see the vision of where or what i mean and forget to tell .

Do you think that some of these aliments you have are mind over matter?

Is the state of our mind, (good , bad or otherwise) do you think that this does have an impact on our day to day health?

part of it yes would be what we eat . how we live and what we do for jobs maybe? does where we live have an impact?

i guess the emotional as well as physical comes into it . yes? no?
