Your thread reminded me how long ago it was that I decided it would be interesting to see the contents of some old family wills at Dunedin's branch of Archives. I thought it would help genealogy stuff like the reasons for old family feuds (not spoken of " in front of the children" ) now that the older generation is dead. Just curiosity, but have I done it? No. Is it difficult? The buildng is 4 blocks away. I have the relevant information for searching - just need the reminder boot in the relevant spot. Enough said. |
