| 729894 | 2008-12-16 23:32:00 | I just built myself a new computer & my CPU is running very hot (60 degrees idle). Has anyone else built a system using a phenom X3? None of the reviews I can find mention heat & I want to find out if it is just a hot processor that requires an aftermarket heatsink before I take apart my system & redo the thermal paste. Computer Specs: AMD Phenom X3 8750 Gigabyte MA78GPM-DS2H motherboard 2x 1gB Corsair Dominator XMS2 DDR2 1066 RAM Silverstone LC16M case |
