| 729786 | 2008-12-16 18:02:00 | ok well i've got a MIcrosoft Lifechat LX-3000 and when i went to reinstall the microphone and software i use the volume of my voice coming out of the headphones was way diminished. how to i turn it back up or adjust it? | LarsJohann (13010) | ||
| 729787 | 2008-12-16 20:01:00 | Check the Volume control on the Mic settings are not lowered - In the system tray Locate the speaker, ( assuming its XP) double click the black speaker, look for the mic settings, adjust the slider to the top if its lower, if not showing, - top left click Options / properties - Scroll down and tick Microphone - once done, Click Options again and there will be an advanced Controls - Now at the bottom of the Microphone Box will be an advanced button, click that and there will be a Mic boost and other controls. | wainuitech (129) | ||
