524039 2007-02-14 06:51:00 If one party has a greater need for an "adequate" fence (say they need to restrain a nasty vicious doggy, whereas the other party don't) then that is to their benefit, they cannot impose the cost on another party of what is ultimately a betterment to them only over and above what is commonly regarded as adequate (for guidance on that, look in the Fencing Act schedule), if the other party has no need and does not want to share the cost above what is adequate.

So I moved it off the boundry line, and made it higher.....
