522812 2007-02-05 21:54:00 So? I'll live with them. Have you actually ran Vista and know how many times it crashes and how unstable it is? cause it is VERY unstable ATM, the worst OS stability wise I have ever ran... The_End_Of_Reality (334)
522813 2007-02-05 23:01:00 Your pc must need upgrading then, Im running Vista RC1 ultimate version and i have no issues with drivers video card or anything else its as sweet as and way more stable than xp. Hitech (9024)

Ha, my PC is VERY powerful, WAY above the specs required, you try gaming on Vista, the drivers are not up to it. It is the SOFTWARE that crashes, not my PC, I know what I am talking about, I have seen the crashes, you do not know.

EDIT: then howcome there are SO_MANY people running Vista and having problems? it is not just me, and these people are running PCs of all variety, even Vista capable PCs that CAME_WITH_VISTA

because those machines HAD xp up until vista release, at which point the average punter wouldn't buy it with xp, because it's "old"

Vista is still lacking hardware support, so is stable on some machines and absolute crap on others.

wait 2 years, or untill sp2, it'll be sweet then

522817 2007-02-06 09:49:00 wait 2 years, or untill sp2, it'll be sweet then Thats what I am going to do... I have no doubts that it has the potential to be a great OS, but at this time it does nothing...

Well then you have a common PC so all the hardware is supported at this stage, so you are one of the lucky ones but there are still MANY_MORE unlucky people out there
