| 730714 | 2008-12-18 20:35:00 | I've got a Fujitsu Siemens PC (purchased in the UK) which has a motherboard that has 4x DDR400 RAM slots. The board supports Dual Channel RAM. Currently the system has 1x 1GB RAM Module installed. The owner wants to increase the RAM to help with performance. What do you guys think would best setup for this PC RAM wise... 2x 1GB RAM Modules (2GB) - Setup as Dual Channel or 3x 1GB RAM Modules (3GB) PC = XP Pro, P4 3.2GHz CPU, Gigabyte PCI-E Graphics Card, SATA HDD Cheers. :thumbs: |
