| 525730 | 2007-02-19 22:05:00 | Clearly you know what the problem was? Please DO share it with us mere mortals. PJ | Poppa John (284) | ||
| 525731 | 2007-02-19 22:33:00 | You miss the point, i dont know what the problem is but if they work for telecom in that area and they call themselves a telecom technician they should know what the problem is, clearly the xtra ordinariesare very ordinary and know nothing. Just like the faster cheaper broadband deal the speed is not at all any faster as you will have seen by many threads on here and telecom say "Oh we dont know what the problem is and they call themselves technicians YEAH RIght. Tui billboard TELECOM HAS TECHNICIANS" YEAH RIGHT. |

| 525735 | 2007-02-19 23:40:00 | Is TelstraClear an official channel for Xtra? It appears to be an unattributed "news" item . Reporter: "What caused the fault?" Technician " We don't know yet . We're trying to find it and fix it" . Technician (thinks): "And we'd have some time to do it if idiots didn't keep ringing up" . Reporter: "Will customers be compensated?" Technician: "I don't know . I'm a technician . Ask management" . Technician (thinks): "@#$%%^&**())" And the reporter writes a story, leaving out the "non-news" parts . |

| 525736 | 2007-02-19 23:48:00 | I just posted it to bite back at xtra im so peed off with the speed they say they offer but dont, so i got frustrated and thought bugger it i'll paste soemthing from the competition being telstra. I have a real axe to grind with xtra and their poor service its high time they stood up to the public and said ok our speeds are slow and we are are going to drop the price YEAH RIGHT. We've been ripped off for to long arent you guys annoyed at paying xtra for a rubbish service you pay top dollar for, I know i am. Wheres David Russell when you need him. |
