| 525640 | 2007-02-19 00:59:00 | Hi all I have upgraded my old Nokia cellphone to a new Samsung one. Anyway - the Nokia was on prepay and I have my Samsung one on prepay also. I have the same number and had everything transferred from my old phone to my new one. As a result I have a working Nokia cellphone, with good battery, wall charger and car charger (and manual) here which is no good to me. Can somebody else go into a Telecom store with my old phone and have it hooked up onto prepay or onto a plan? Just trying to decide whether I should flick it off or give it to a family member if this can be done. Cheers. |

My Nokia 5120 is still going strong; and I am holding out on Telecom until they offer a decent replacement 027 mobile. Presently they are offering a Nokia 2118 for $79! Perhaps I should make an offer on that phone of yours Tukapa? |

| 525646 | 2007-02-19 08:59:00 | Sorry - when I said 025 was junk, I was referring to their resaleability with the Great Impending Switchoff and their current reconnectability with Telecom (nil, for some time now). Good luck on getting a good replacement for your 025 - the lower end of Telecom phones doesn't have a big range of good ones... |
