| 525003 | 2007-02-15 20:04:00 | Last year, i think it was, i read about several portable versions of wikipedia. They were all roughly a gig and only included article text, so no images, history, talk pages, user pages, etc. Does anyone know where i could find these? I wish to have a copy on the laptop i am in possession of, for school etc. From what i remember, there was a writeup on them, comparing the various copies, in the various formats they were in. Any help would be appreciated. [edit] Heh, i seem to have posted in the wrong forum, guess i shouldn't trust tabs from the previous day. Then again, the thread could work in either forum, to a point. meh. |
