| 730510 | 2008-12-18 20:44:00 | If you can't get the updates via MS Update, try Windows Updates Downloader (http://www.windowsupdatesdownloader.com/) :) Install Win XP SP3 first, then download the program and the x86 SP3 update list (assuming you are using 32bit XP), which as all recent updates. Then launch each downloaded file to apply the update. |

| 730511 | 2008-12-19 05:49:00 | Mine only would download after I had turned off Comodo (temporarily). Had kept trying for about two months and it only worked today after I did that. One forum said to turn off anti-virus and firewall. Did that and it only worked after I had turned off Comodo !! Misty :) |
