524687 2007-02-14 23:23:00 How about 64. ?

NZ Phone No from overseas would be, 64 06 xxx xxxx, where 64 is NZ. 06 is Wanganui etc. xxxxxx is local phone No. PJ:2cents:

524688 2007-02-14 23:38:00 Hi Lance. I occasionally purchase small special tools from the US. I have found some sites which will not permit a transaction unless you have the abbreviation for a US State. A follow-up query with one of them advised me that it was their way of not getting involved with overseas parcel post transactions. Scouse (83)

Put in "Prezzy Card Holder" Or whatever is on the front of the card.

Else any name should do it.

524692 2007-02-15 00:16:00 It will need to be the name you gave when you registered the card. "any name" will certainly get any transactions refused. And NZ Post will scoff all the money on the card. :D

I have thought of using one of these cards, but I have had a look at the conditions. :( Pack of thieving ....

524693 2007-02-15 06:32:00 I never use the on line order form.
I order by E-mail.
Saves playing with all the silly extras the yanks seem to love.
Once your order is accepled there's no problem paying directly into their account.

What ever you do don't put your credit card number in the E-mail, it's just not safe. ( I can see from your post you don't do that, but I am just adding a warning in case someone is tempted)

To lance4k, you could email the firm and ask for a work around solution, often I type in NA (not applicable)
when they ask these or similar questions and it seems to go through.
