731475 2008-12-21 09:27:00 Hi guys
I have recently purchased an Imation Apollo (Portable HDD) 500GB (Fat32). when i try copying files to the HDD, it says that i didn't have space on the HDD to fit anymore when i clearly have over 400Gb free space on the HDD (that message appears when it was under 10Gb was used), and so i reformatted the Apollo HDD to NTFS, then that error message doesn't appear anymore.

I am running windows XP pro on NTFS.

i am just wondering if there are limitations on the Fat32, or is there anyway to get it over with Fat32 and not have that false message comeout and wouldn't allow me to use it?

thanks
